Pick Up Locations

In a nutshell, from what locations will you pick us up?

We can pick you up from your hotel, inn or vacation rental in a reasonable proximity to the area you'd like to tour.

For our Napa Tour, we'll pick you up from almost any location in the Napa Valley.

For our Sonoma Valley Tour, we'll pick you up from any of many different places in the Sonoma Valley, or from most locations in the City of Napa, the town of Sonoma or the Carneros Region.

Our Russian River/North Sonoma County Tour picks up in Santa Rosa, Winsor, Healdsburg and Geyserville.

What if we have a group and want to charter an entire vehicle?

Since private tours are priced hourly, we can pick you up from a much wider radius, including San Francisco, San Jose and the Bay Area, and the Sacramento area.

Will you pick us up from San Francisco for the Join-In Tour?

No, but on most days, you may join us by taking the ferry from Downtown San Francisco to Vallejo. We'll pick you up there. More information.

How about Petaluma or Rohnert Park?

Typically, no. The logistics of reaching our other pick-up locations in a timely manner won't accommodate those locations. Sometimes we can, though. Please give us a call with your tour date and we'll let you know.

What if we are driving in for just the day?

We'll arrange to meet you in a public location with free parking. Directions to these locations are listed on our Maps and Directions page.

If we drive in to meet the tour, won't we be too tipsy to drive back at the end of the day?

We advise people who drive in for the day to arrange to hang out and have dinner in the neighborhood you're parked before driving back to your destination. Better yet, you might consider staying at a local inn or B&B. Please contact us for suggestions.

Where would we park?

The parking locations are public parking garages and municipal parking lots. To our knowledge, they're all free.

We're staying in Napa. Will you pick us up from our hotel for a Sonoma tour?

Yes! Since our Sonoma tour actually departs from the City of Napa every morning, it is possible for us to pick up guests on our way over to Sonoma.

We're staying in Sonoma. Will you pick us up from our hotel for a Napa tour?

Sorry, no. We can pick you up from your Sonoma Valley location for the Sonoma Valley tour, but you'll have to drive or cab over to Napa for the Napa Valley tour.
