Two partners, Borsack and Keys founded B Cellars in 2002 which sits in the heart of the Oakville AVA on Oakville Crossroads. Gorgeous grounds on a knoll overlooking a valley encompass the winery and hospitality buildings as you approach life-size human sculptures depicting everyday life. This is the only winery in the Napa Valley that features a full-service demonstration kitchen. You will enjoy a variety of food and wine pairings as you experience their white and red blends, a 15,000 plus square foot cave and outdoor tastings overlooking vines and olive trees. These wines can be found in some of America’s premium restaurants from Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. With superstar winemaker Kirk Venge at the helm (named one ot the top twenty young winemakers in the world by Food & Wine Magazine), grapes are sourced from some of finest vineyards in Napa and Sonoma Valleys.
After working for decades on Cabernet Sauvignon viticulture research, in 1998 winemaker Anthony Bell found the perfect place to produce the wines he had long dreamed of – limited production, hand crafted wines that showcase clonal variations and single vineyard expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon. A unique tasting experience gives even the most discerning wine enthusiasts a deeper appreciation for Cabernet Sauvignon and the craft of grape growing.
In what was once home to the Silverado Horseman’s Center with ambling riding trails and the area’s only indoor arena, has been transformed into an impressive winery with lovely garden areas owned by the Indelicato Family. Wines showcase the diversity of Napa Valley growing regions and varietals which include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Red Blends, and Cabernet Sauvignon among others. Friendly hosts invite guests for experiences ranging from casual walk-ins to privately hosted tastings and in-depth blind tasting seminars.

Boich Family Cellar wines encompass a wide range of fruit from the round smooth tannins of Rutherford and Oakville to the broad shouldered and structured mountain fruit from Mount Veeder. All the wines are hand crafted in a new world style that makes them approachable in their youth yet still age worthy. They produce a chardonnay and 5 single vineyard cabs. The tasting includes locally sourced cheeses and charcuterie.
