Lasseter Family Winery strives to make honest, balanced, graceful wines, and to refresh and replenish the resources from which these wines are made. Since acquiring the property in 2002, the Lasseter’s embarked on an environmentally sensitive upgrading for their long-neglected property, lovingly restoring the natural habitat and land to good health. They have converted the vineyards exclusively to organic farming practices, completely revitalized the pond, and developed a natural eco-system with beehives, owl boxes and insectaries to provide homes for beneficial insects and predators. The Lasseter Family Winery estate property in Sonoma Valley is rich in historical significance, encompassing organically farmed vineyards and an eco-friendly winery. Justi Creek Vineyards, part of the stunning 95-acre ranch on the outskirts of Glen Ellen, is comprised of three adjacent parcels of land, formerly parts of Rancho Vallejo and Rancho Los Guilicos. We now grow and produce Rhône and Bordeaux varietals from our Estate. Our wines are blends such as Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Our wines are a true representation of the terroir on which they are grown.

We believe that winemaking is an art form, and winegrowing a sacred stewardship. We are dedicated to creating brilliant expressions of our unique estate vineyards and terroir. Beyond farming organically, we intend to leave this land better than we found it. We believe in the power of wine to bring people together and make the world a better place and it is in that spirit that we welcome you to Lasseter Family Winery.” – Nancy and John Lasseter
